Eligibility Criteria

• Field Engineer Trainee applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Field Engineer Trainee applicants should be recent graduates with 0–2 years of post-graduation experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate adaptability and the ability to work effectively in challenging or high-pressure environments.
• Candidates should have strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Candidates must have strong English-language skills.
• Maintenance Technician applicants must hold an HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Maintenance Technician applicants must have at least three years of shop operations experience involving maintenance of surface well testing or downhole electronics equipment.
• Maintenance Technician applicants should have practical skills in failure investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Maintenance Technician applicants should be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Candidates should demonstrate adaptability in a changing work environment.
