Analysts work with industry coverage, mergers and acquisitions, or capital markets teams and contribute to strategic and financial assignments for clients.

Participants gain practical experience in financial analysis, valuation, transaction execution, capital raising, and client advisory. The programme also provides structured training, mentoring, regular feedback, and exposure to experienced investment banking professionals while helping analysts develop financial modelling, company research, industry analysis, communication, and transaction execution skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be fluent in English.
• Latin American applicants must also demonstrate fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese where applicable.
• Expect to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027 from a bachelor's or master's programme.
• Master's candidates must complete their master's degree within two years of receiving their bachelor's degree.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in investment banking.
• Have strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Have a solid understanding of corporate finance and financial analysis.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong financial modelling abilities.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
