- Be a female candidate.
- Be accepted by or enrolled in an accredited university in a Master’s programme in a nuclear-related field.
- Have above-average academic credentials. Preference is given to applicants with 75% or above or a GPA greater than 3.0 out of 4.0.

- Copy of Passport or National ID.
- Official university acceptance/admission letter for the Master’s programme, showing the nuclear-related field and programme duration.
- Statement of tuition fees or confirmation of tuition costs.
- Completed reference forms from two referees, sent directly to the IAEA.
- All application documents must be submitted in English. Documents originally issued in another language should also include an official English translation.
