Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Undergraduate applicants must have sat for the 2026 UTME or be a new entrant into a 100-level programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
- Have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Have the 2026 UTME result available where applicable.
- Provide a Local Government Area identification letter.
- Apply for a course included on the approved programme list.
- Postgraduate applicants must meet the applicable undergraduate eligibility conditions for their state and age category.
- Master’s applicants must hold a relevant first degree.
- PhD applicants must hold a relevant Master’s degree.
- Postgraduate applicants must have completed NYSC and possess the certificate.
- Returning PAP beneficiaries must have obtained a First Class or Second Class Upper degree.
- Sponsorship for returning beneficiaries is discretionary and is not guaranteed.
