About the Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen of an African country and reside in Africa.
- Have formal admission to at least one MINDS preferred institution located outside your country of citizenship or residence.
- Be accepted to begin a postgraduate program within the following academic year.
- Have achieved at least 70% in every subject or course during the last two completed years of study.
- Demonstrate leadership ability or leadership potential.
- Show commitment to the development of the African continent.
- Complete and submit the online scholarship application with all required supporting documents.

- Passport data or biographical page.
- Certified academic transcript or results slip covering the last two years of study.
- Official university admission or acceptance letter.
- Valid study permit or visa, or evidence that an application has been submitted, if available.
- Detailed CV or résumé of no more than four single-sided pages.
- Two reference letters, each no longer than three pages, addressing leadership potential, integrity, competence, and commitment to African development.
