About the Program

Eligibility Criteria
- Be fluent in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- LatAm applicants must also be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese where applicable.
- Be graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Master’s candidates must complete their master’s degree within two years of obtaining their bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in investment banking.
- Have strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Have a solid understanding of corporate finance and financial analysis.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
