About the Scholarship

The GTBank OND Internship Programme 2026 is designed for eligible Nigerian graduates seeking practical experience in the banking industry. Participants will gain exposure to professional work and develop basic knowledge of banking operations during the programme.

Interns will support day-to-day activities within GTBank’s Transaction Services team while building communication, numerical, and workplace skills. The internship runs for 12 months and provides monthly stipends alongside other benefits, making it an opportunity for OND holders to gain experience that may support their future career development.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must possess an OND Certificate or Notification of Results.
• Applicants must have a one-year Industrial Training Letter from an accredited Polytechnic.
• Applicants must provide the required guarantor forms and a copy of the guarantor’s staff ID card.
• One guarantor is required where the guarantor is a GTBank staff member at a minimum of ABO grade.
• Two guarantors are required where the guarantors are not GTBank employees; they must be employed full-time by reputable companies.
• Applicants must have a valid Student ID Card.
• Applicants must provide a recent passport photograph with a white background.
• Applicants must have a birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission.
• Applicants must have a WAEC or NECO result with at least credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects.
• Applicants should have good communication skills and basic numerical abilities.
• Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to learn.
